AUG. 8

A disturbance in the 500 block of Washington Avenue was reported.

Traffic stops were conducted in the 600 block of Main Street, at Stewart and Canal streets, at East 18th and Main streets, in the unit block of West 21st Street, the unit and 100 blocks of Howertown Road, the 600 block of East Fourth Street and at Clear Springs and Horwith drives.

A reported civil matter in the 1500 block of Washington Avenue was addressed.

Officers assisted a female in the 1800 block of Lincoln Avenue.

Suspicious activity in the 1400 block of Cedar Street was reported.

In the 1700 block of Main Street, a report of a domestic dispute had police at the scene.

AUG. 9

A known male trespassing in the 1300 block of Newport Avenue was reported.

A reported civil matter in the 500 block of Washington Avenue was investigated.

Officers checked a building in the 1700 block of Main Street.

Disturbances in the 500 block of Washington Avenue and the 1400 block of Cedar Street were reported.

Officers responded to a child custody issue in the 100 block of East 10th Street.

A suspected DUI in the 800 block of Main Street was investigated.

At Canal and West 14th streets, a complaint of loud music was addressed.

In the 1800 block of Portland Street, a report of a civil matter was handled.

AUG. 10

Traffic stops were conducted at Hollow Lane and Horwith Drive and at Horwith and Clear Springs drives.

Officers assisted a male in the 2300 block of Dewey Avenue and a female on Smith Lane.

A reported assault in the 1500 block of Poplar Street was investigated.

Police checked on the welfare of a male in the 100 block of East Second Street.

A report of a disturbance in the 2300 block of Main Street had officers at the scene.

Criminal mischief — a window of a legally parked vehicle damaged — in the 1200 block of Main Street was reported.

AUG. 11

Police checked on the welfare of a female in the 1500 block of Poplar Street.

Reports of civil matters in the unit block of West 24th Street and the 100 block of Bridge Street were investigated.

Juvenile problems in the 1300 and 1600 blocks of Main Street and the 300 block of East 21st Street were reported.

Police conducted a warrant service in the unit block of Lerchenmiller Drive. A male with an active local warrant was taken into custody, transported to district court and then taken to Northampton County Prison.

Traffic stops were conducted in the 2000 block of Main Street, at Northampton Avenue and Buckingham Drive and at Northampton Avenue and Barrington Drive.

A disturbance in the 500 block of Washington Avenue was reported.

Officers checked a building in the 1300 block of Stewart Street.

AUG. 12

Police assisted a male in the 1200 block of Northampton Avenue.

Traffic stops were conducted at Horwith Drive and Hollow Lane, in the 1300 block of Atlas Lane, at Smith Lane and Lerchenmiller Drive, in the 1500 block of Laubach Avenue, at Canal and West 14th streets, at Buckingham Drive and Scarboro Lane, at Main and East 24th streets and at Buckingham Drive and Northampton Avenue.

A report of harassment in the 1800 block of Newport Avenue was investigated.

Officers responded to a neighbor complaint in the 2500 block of Cherryville Road.

AUG. 13

A neighbor complaint had officers in the 1600 block of Washington Avenue.

In the 1800 block of Lincoln Avenue, police investigated a report of a civil issue.

Juvenile problems in the 800 block of Main Street and on Smith Lane were reported.

Traffic stops were conducted in the 500 block of Buckingham Drive, at East 11th Street and Atlas Lane, in the 1600 block of Laubach Avenue and the 1100 block of Atlas Lane.
