The 32nd annual ‘Hey You Guys’ golf tournament was held at the Bethlehem Golf Club July 31 with 33 golfers in attendance. “Hey You Guys’ are a group of mostly Liberty HS class of 1967 graduates who gather twice a year to reminisce and catch up with each other, with many still living in the Lehigh Valley while others travel from elsewhere in Pennsylvania and from out of state.
The tournament was played in a four-person scramble format with a shotgun start scheduled for 8:30 a.m. Afterward participants relaxed on the outdoor dining area to enjoy lunch and their favorite beverages.
The foursome of Art Hunsberger, Dick Moyer, Tom Warnke and Wayne Zeiger won low score shooting -9 and Gary Lavelle won longest drive.
They will meet again in December the day after Christmas at a local restaurant.
