An animal complaint brought police to the 700 block of Grove Street.

A traffic citation was issued in the 1400 block of Howertown Road.

Officers investigated a parking complaint in the 1000 block of Third Street.

A traffic warning was issued at Seventh and Chapel streets.

Police assisted a citizen in the 1200 block of Howertown Road.
