St. Luke’s University Health Network is holding the “2026 Healthy Steps @ Any Size Walk,” a free wellness event, 6 p.m. Aug. 17, St. Luke’s Anderson Campus Arboretum & Gardens, 4500 Freemansburg Avenue, Easton.
The inclusive event, hosted by St. Luke’s Weight Management, is designed to bring people together for an evening of movement, connection and support in the beautiful setting of the Anderson Campus gardens and walking paths.
The walk is a recognized “Get Your Tail on the Trail”-approved event, encouraging participants to get outdoors and embrace a healthy, active lifestyle.
Individuals, families and groups are encouraged to log miles at www.tailonthetrail.com for walking, running, biking and other activities to receive great incentives during challenge periods.
The event is free, open to the public, and requires no registration. Individuals of all fitness levels are welcome.
Participants will have the opportunity to walk alongside St. Luke’s weight-management patients, physicians and care-team members while learning more about healthy lifestyles and wellness resources. Those interested in exploring weight loss options can connect with program participants and hear firsthand accounts of their experiences.
The evening will begin with a tour of St. Luke’s Fitness Center at 6 p.m., followed by the “Healthy Steps @ Any Size Walk” at 6:30 p.m. from the gazebo.
Community members are encouraged to bring friends and family to enjoy an uplifting evening focused on wellness, education and togetherness.
