She found the most unusual places to hide - typically squeezing herself under the heavy metal cages. After a couple of weeks, this behavior needed to stop. The bottoms of the cages are now blocked off. Her forced socialization is working. Grenadine is more comfortable relaxing out in the open office area. She now approaches volunteers for attention and petting. She will let you know when she has reached her love limit. It is advisable to watch her signals. Grenadine is becoming quite the lovebug and is highly adoptable. She just needed a little push and some confidence. Grenadine is about 3 years old. There are no known health concerns. She is spayed, vaccinated, negative for feline leukemia virus and feline immunodeficiency virus, litter trained and microchipped.
