Bethlehem Area Public Library book sale coordinator Laurel Stone reports that the July used book sale garnered an additional $10,855 in sales bringing the YTD total to $39,181. Stone says, “In this economy I think they’re happy with the low prices” at our sales. All proceeds benefit the library. The next sale is scheduled for Sept. 16 and Sept. 19. He said he travels to many book sales and “there was no better book sale on this date.” It was his first visit to the BAPL sale.
