Upper Macungie Township’s Grub and Groove Food Truck Festival will take place every Thursday from 5 to 8 p.m. through Sept. 24 at Grange Park, 360 Grange Rd.

Come and enjoy various food trucks and musical offerings.

Food trucks will meet by Pavilion No. 1 at Grange Park.

Concerts in the Park series running through October at Grange Park, 360 Grange Rd., takes place on the last Saturday of each month unless otherwise noted.

Each concert will showcase at least two live performances featuring a variety of musical styles and local talent.

Come and enjoy a relaxing evening of music, admission is free.

Food and drink vendors will be onsite to keep you refreshed and satisfied.

This month’s concert, “A Country Salute to Service,” will feature Lily Moss at 5 p.m., Tyler Hunsberger Band at 6 p.m. and Jonathan Moody at 7:30 p.m. July 25.

The township will be showing the movie Zootopia 2 (PG) Aug. 14 at Grange Park, 360 Grange Rd.

Activities start around 5:30 p.m., and the movie will start as soon as the sun goes down.

Fall tennis lessons for kids ages 7 to 10 will take place on Mondays 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. Aug. 10 through Sept. 14 at Brookside Country Club, 901 Willow La., Macungie.

The township will also be offering tennis lessons for kids aged 11 to 15 from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. and for youth ages 16 and older 6:30 to 7:30 p.m., both on Mondays Aug. 10 through Sept. 14.

Participants must bring their own racquet. No experience is necessary.

Wildlands Conservancy will be hosting Wild Side S’mores 5:30 p.m. Aug. 21 at Grange Park Pavilion No. 1, 360 Grange Rd.

A lineup of amazing animal guests will make an appearance at the park followed by cozy campfire fun with S’more making around the fire pit.

This event is perfect for kids, families, and nature lovers of all ages.

The township’s Built By Me Lego Robotics Camp for kids ages 7 to 10 will take place 9 a.m. to noon and for kids ages 9 to 12 from 1 to 4 p.m., both Aug. 10 through 14.

These engaging fun and interactive camps will introduce children to coding, robotics, and engineering using the LEGO® Spike Essential Education Robotics Construction Sets.

Throughout the week, campers will combine hands-on STEM activities and team challenges to learn coding, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

These young engineers will learn and gain confidence as they build and test their designs, reinforcing their concepts.

The township will be offering a full day Chess Wizards camp 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and two half-day camps from 9 a.m. to noon and noon to 3 p.m., all being held Aug. 17 to 21.

These camps will offer a fun and engaging way for kids to experience the excitement of chess while building valuable cognitive, verbal, and mathematical skills.

This interactive day-camp format blends chess instruction with active games and group activities to keep campers both mentally and physically engaged. Campers will enjoy team chess games, puzzles, skill-building challenges, mini-tournaments, and creative activities like designing their own chess pieces.
