David G. Kuhns, 84, of Salisbury Township, died May 18, 2026, in his home. Born in Bethlehem, he was a son of the late LeRoy Victor Kuhns Sr. and Catherine Mae (Trapp) Kuhns.

He worked as a machine operator at B. Braun Medical for 37 years until retiring in 2003.

He was a member of the Salisbury Fire Company. He always enjoyed walking and appreciated his large watch collection.

He is survived by a sister, Margaret “Peggy” Effting, of Allentown; nieces and nephews, Melissa Schwartz, Johnell Schwartz, Scott Hughes and his companion, Debbie, Jennifer Shockley and her husband, Dave, Pamela Hughes.

He was preceded in death by a sister, Nancy Schwartz; brother, LeRoy V. Jr.; nephew, Brian.

A funeral service will be held 11 a.m. May 26 in the K.V. Knopp Funeral Home, 46 E. Susquehanna St., Allentown.

A viewing for relatives and friends will be held 10 a.m. until the time of the service.
