Allen Township: Historical society holds craft gatherings
Governor Wolf Historical Society, 6600 Jacksonville Road, East Allen Township, is hosting craft gatherings 10 a.m.-noon the first and third Thursdays of each month in the meeting room of the Monocacy School on the historic campus. Everyone is welcome to attend.
Bring your project, supplies, a drink and perhaps a snack and prepare for good conversation and a productive two hours.
No registration is needed. A $5 donation is requested to defray facility costs.

Lappawinzo Fish and Game Association, 25 Lappawinzo Road, Allen Township, will hold its next breakfast 8-11 a.m. May 17. There is a cost.

Kreidersville Covered Bridge Association, 100 Covered Bridge Road, is planning to hold its biannual festival June 6 and 7.

Register now for the East Allen Township summer camp program, set for June 22-Aug. 7. Camp runs 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Mondays through Fridays.
Children ages 6-11 can participate. There is a cost.

Governor Wolf Historic Society and Horner’s Cemetery are members of Lehigh Valley Passport to History, a partnership of more than 50 historic sites and resources in and around Lehigh and Northampton counties. Passport’s website — lvhistory.org — highlights historical activities, events, tours and exhibitions throughout the area.
The Passport to History day is scheduled for 10 a.m.-3 p.m. June 27.
