Spring musical concerts are underway in Northampton Area School District.

• Northampton Area High School chorus concert: 7-8 p.m. May 1 in the auditorium

• Lehigh and Northampton elementary schools band concert: 7-8 p.m. May 5 in the auditorium at NAHS

• Moore Elementary School chorus and orchestra ensemble concert: 7-8 p.m. May 6 in the gymnasium

• NAHS orchestra concert: 7-8:45 p.m. May 8 in the auditorium

• NASD elementary orchestra concert: 7-8 p.m. May 12 in the auditorium at NAHS

• Northampton Borough Elementary School chorus concert: 7-8 p.m. May 13 in the auditorium at NAHS

• Northampton Area Middle School seventh- and eighth-grade chorus and show choir concert: 7-8:30 p.m. May 15 in the auditorium at NAHS

NASD’s football and cheer groups will hold a cash and gift card bingo fundraiser May 3 in the cafeteria at NAHS. Doors open 11 a.m., and games start 12:30 p.m.

There will be 20 games, five specials, a 50/50 raffle and a basket raffle.

Food will be available to purchase.

Pre-sale tickets are available by contacting a football player or cheerleader. Tickets will also be available at the door.

NASD will have a policy committee meeting 6-7 p.m. May 4 in the library conference room at NAHS.

Lehigh Elementary School’s PTO group will meet 6:30-8 p.m. May 5 in the cafeteria of the school.

NAMS’ eighth-grade farewell dance will be held 6-8 p.m. May 8 in the gymnasium. The theme is “Night in New York City.”

Tickets are $5 (cash only) and on sale during lunch. Students will need their ID to purchase tickets.

The Class of 2026 commencement ceremony will be held 7:30 p.m. May 29 at Al Erdosy Stadium. Rain dates are May 30 and 31, with the time to be determined.
