Fugitive from justice

A 30-year-old male, of Allentown, was charged Feb. 24 with allegedly being a fugitive from justice after a traffic stop along South Fourth Street, according to Salisbury police. Authorities discovered the male had an active warrant from California.

Assault of a law enforcement officer

A 21-year-old male, of Allentown, was charged Feb. 21 with alleged assault of a law enforcement officer, open lewdness and disorderly conduct following an incident in the 700 block of East Paoli Street, according to Salisbury police. The officer was not injured.

Truancy

A 16-year-old male and a 14-year-old female were charged Feb. 20 with alleged truancy following an excessive number of absences from Salisbury Township High School, according to Salisbury police.

A 17-year-old male was charged Feb. 20 with alleged truancy following an excessive number of absences from Salisbury Township High School, according to Salisbury police.

A 17-year-old female was charged Feb. 21 with alleged truancy following an excessive number of absences from Salisbury Township High School, according to Salisbury police.

Possession of drug paraphernalia

A 53-year-old male, of Emmaus, was charged Feb. 24 with alleged possession of drug paraphernalia after an incident at Lehigh Valley Hospital, South Cedar Crest Boulevard, according to Salisbury police.

Theft

Someone removed approximately $1,000 in coins from soda machines at South Mall, 3300 Lehigh St., according to Salisbury police. The investigation started Feb. 18.

Aggravated assault

A 29-year-old male, of New York, was charged Feb. 18 with alleged aggravated assault, simple assault and harassment after an incident at Lehigh Valley Hospital, South Cedar Crest Boulevard, according to Salisbury police
