‘Rodgers and Hammerstein’s Cinderella (Enchanted Edition)’ opens April 4

BAlthough spring sports are now in full swing, Allentown Central Catholic High School basketball only recently concluded its seasons. Both programs fought hard but lost in the state tournament.

Congratulations to Armani Brickhouse, a recent Lehigh Valley Orthopedic Institute Athlete of the Week. She downed 25 points, with 11 in the fourth quarter, in the girls’ 65-44 victory in the Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association, Inc. state tournament opening round.

The Vikettes advanced to play Delone Catholic, but fell 64-56. The boys basketball team won 68-33 against High School of the Future, but lost 62-56 versus Archbishop Carroll in their next game.
