Olive D. Higgins, 94, of Whitehall, died Feb. 5, 2024. She was the wife of the late H. Gordon Higgins for 69 years.

Born in Cranbury, N.J., she was a daughter of the late Sally and Garritt Dammers of Old Bridge, N.J. She resided in Robbinsville, N.J., and Ormond Beach, Fla., before moving to Whitehall.

She was a graduate of South River High School.

She was a homemaker and worked for McGraw Hill in Hightstown, N.J., for eight years, before moving to Florida.

She was a volunteer for Meals on Wheels, delivering meals for 12 years while in Ormond Beach.

She is survived by a daughter, Debra and husband Sam Stovall of Allentown; two grandsons, Seth Nagy of Orefield and Scott Nagy with Gabi of South Orange, N.J.; two great-grandchildren, Eloise and Henry; and many nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by four siblings, Mildred Galley, Eileen Kordzinski and Randall and Garry Dammers; and a son-in-law, Frank Nagy.
