Catasauqua police responded to these and other calls recently.

JAN. 1

Noise complaints were addressed three times at the same residence in the 300 block of Mulberry Street.

Traffic stops were conducted in the 200 block of Lehigh Street and at Front and Pine streets.

In the 300 block of Union Street, officers investigated citizen complaints.

Harassment involving juveniles in the 700 block of Third Street had police at the scene.

A warning was issued when police investigated a parking complaint in the 300 block of Church Street.

Officers responded to a hit and run in the 200 block of Faith Drive.

JAN. 2

Thefts occurred in the unit block of Faith Drive and in the 600 block of Howertown Road.

Suspicious mail received in the 300 block of Church Street was reported.

Harassment via text messages in the 500 block of Front Street was filed with the department.

A civil issue involving harassment that occurred in the 100 block of Canal Street was referred to district court.

Charges are pending against a 13-year-old female for possessing a concealed weapon on property at Catasauqua Middle School, 850 Pine St.

Officers conducted a welfare check in the 800 block of Church Street.

In the 600 block of St. John Street, a disturbance was investigated.

JAN. 3

Juvenile issues took place at Innovative Arts Academy Charter School, 330 Howertown Road.

The sheriff’s office was on the scene for a warrant service in the 300 block of Poplar Street.

Officers assisted Blue Guardian in the 700 block of Front Street.
