80 years of spreading Christmas cheer

Continuing 80 years of tradition, the Fogelsville Fire Company escorted Santa and Mrs. Claus for a Christmas morning visit to Upper Macungie Township residents.

Santa’s visit helps spread holiday cheer among senior citizens and the less advantaged in the Fogelsville area.

Santa and Mrs. Claus arrived at Memorial and Farm Bureau roads on Fogelsville Fire Company's 1946 Buffalo fire engine on Christmas morning to greet Fogelsville area residents, especially senior citizens and those somewhat less advantaged.

Barbara and Ken Yeager of Ruppsville have been attending the Fogelsville Fire Company's Christmas morning Santa visits for 42 years. Fogelsville firefighter Jacque Creamer was handing out Christmas treats to the Yeagers.
Fogelsville firefighters Mike Divers, Paul McNemar, Donnie Snyder, Dalton Divers, Ken Dives, Peter Grodziak, with daughters Brielle and Maelyn, Wanda Fehnel (Mrs. Claus,) Chris Kringle (Jeff Ox” Sukal,) Jacque Creamer, Kayla and Glenn Angstadt and Bruce Fehnel donated their Christmas morning to spread cheer throughout the Fogelsville area.
