The attempted murder is being investigated by the Tinicum Township Police Department.

The GMC Terrain was transported to State Police Troop L, Hamburg, to be processed for evidence.

He is described as a black male, 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighing 130 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair.

There is currently an attempted murder warrant for Presbery out of the Tinicum Township Police Department, state police say.

State police say at approximately 5:30 a.m. on Jan. 2 on Old 22 near Route 737, Greenwich Township, Berks County, a man reported his white 2001 Subaru Outback was stolen from his driveway.

The Subaru bears Pennsylvania registration MBR0249.

Police say this occurred approximately 4 miles from where the GMC was abandoned.

There is a high probability that the Subaru is being operated by Presbery.
