According to information on the Lehigh County Voter Registration website, county residents voting by mail-in and absentee ballot will receive a yellow secrecy envelope for this election, not a white secrecy envelope.

Voters must put the ballot inside the yellow secrecy envelope and then insert the yellow secrecy envelope inside the signed, dated ballot declaration envelope in order for the ballot to count.
