DUI

A 52-year-old female, of Macungie, was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence after a traffic stop near the intersection of Fish Hatchery Road and South Cedar Crest Boulevard, Salisbury Township, 12:01 a.m. June 3, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

A 39-year-old female, of Emmaus, allegedly was driving under the influence near the intersection of West Emmaus Avenue and Eagle Street, Salisbury Township, 1:23 a.m. April 28, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

Fleeing/eluding

Troopers attempted to stop a dark color sedan along Interstate 78, Upper Saucon Township, 12:34 a.m. June 3 where the vehicle was seen traveling approximately 120 mph. The vehicle continued north on South Pike Avenue at the intersection with West Rock Road, Salisbury Township, where the vehicle entered a property in the 2700 block, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The driver then allegedly turned out the headlights of the vehicle and troopers lost sight of the sedan. Investigators determined to be false a report of a hit and run crash near South Cedar Crest Boulevard and Interstate 78 eastbound May 31, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
