State police

Criminal mischief

Vandals allegedly broke into an equipment shed of a park near Hickory Road, Lower Macungie Township and allegedly used spray paint on the shed, multiple vehicles, street signs, residences and a bus stop in the area overnight March 10, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

DUI

A 27-year-old male, of Zionsville, allegedly was driving under the influence in a one vehicle crash in the 6000 block of Vera Cruz Road South, Lower Milford Township, 11:50 p.m. March 25, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

Criminal trespass

A person allegedly trespassed at Italiano Delite Restaurant and Grill, 1985 Brookside Road, Lower Macungie Township, Feb. 18, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville The person was told he was not allowed at the restaurant.

Burglary

Someone broke into McNabb’s Automotive Repair, 4948 Hamilton Blvd., Lower Macungie Township and removed numerous items overnight April 29, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The incident was reported April 30.

Someone used a basement window to get into Notch Modern Kitchen and Bar restaurant, 5036 Hamilton Blvd., Lower Macungie Township, and removed an empty black metal cash register valued at $175 between 5 and 5:40 a.m. April 26, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. A wood panel door and a window were damaged in the incident. Damages to the door were valued at $100 and damage to the window was estimated to be $200.

Thefts from vehicle

Two male suspects were seen on home surveillance footage allegedly attempting to break into vehicles along Cypress Street, Lower Macungie Township, 1:25 a.m. April 27, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The suspects were described as wearing black clothing, face masks and reflective sneakers.
