Ellen J. Uherchik, 96, of Northampton, died April 21, 2023, at home.

Born in Northampton, she was a daughter of the late Paul and Emilia (Chernansky) Uherchik.

She was a Northampton High School graduate.

She worked for Cement National Bank and retired from PNC Bank, Northampton, after many years of service.

She was a member of and an organist at Holy Trinity Slovak Lutheran Church, Northampton.

She is survived by two brothers, Edward Uherchik of Allentown and Roger Uherchik and wife Karen of Goodyear, Ariz.; two nieces, Jane Ringer of Northampton and LuAnn and her husband Richard Silberg and son Jordan of Fogelsville; a nephew, David Uherchik of Houston, Texas; and a sister-in-law, Shirley Uherchik of Bethlehem.

She was predeceased by a sister, Ethel Ringer; and three brothers, Paul Jr., Lewis and Albert Uherchik.
