Eva I. Wentz, 93, of Whitehall, died April 3, 2023, at Fellowship Manor, Whitehall. She was the loving wife of the late Carlton R. Wentz, with whom she shared 55 years of marriage. Born in Allentown, she was a daughter of the late Charles R. and Martha H. (Sell) Bougher.

She was a member of Bethel Bible Fellowship Church, Emmaus and was a leader of the Pioneer Girls and involved in many more activities at the church.

She was on the board of Christian Women’s Club of Allentown.

She was known for her love of sewing and love of gardening. She treasured time spent with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She is survived by children, Pastor James R. and his wife, Linda, Dianne L. and her husband, Robert Flower, Susan J. DeLong; nine grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by granddaughter, Melody Magnotta; brother, Robert Bougher and sisters, Emmaline Lilly and MaryLou Flores.

Memorial contributions may be made in her memory to the church or Fellowship Manor, 3000 Fellowship Drive, Whitehall, 18052.
