Aggravated

assault

A 35-year-old person, of Allentown, was charged Jan. 27 with alleged aggravated assault, simple assault and harassment following an incident at the Lehigh Valley Health Network Hospital, Cedar Crest campus, according to Salisbury police. A warrant was issued, according authorities.

Disorderly

conduct

A 14-year-old female and a 15-year-old female were charged Jan. 19 with alleged disorderly conduct following an incident at the Salisbury High School, 500 E. Montgomery St., according to Salisbury police.

DUI

Adam John Mikhail Kostenbader, 20, of Easton, was charged Jan. 28 with allegedly driving under the influence and a traffic offense following a traffic stop on East Susquehanna Street and Loxley Lane, according to Salisbury police.

Wilfredy Francisco Cabrera, 30, of Allentown, was charged Jan. 21 with allegedly driving under the influence and related offenses following a traffic stop on South 24th Street, according to Salisbury police.

Possession

A 27-year-old female, of Schuykill Haven, was charged Jan. 16 with alleged possession of drug paraphernalia and prohibited offensive weapons following an incident at the Lehigh Valley Health Network Hospital, Cedar Crest campus, according to Salisbury police. A summons was issued, according to authorities.

Theft from

vehicle

A bicycle was removed from a vehicle while it was parked in the 800 block of Flexer Avenue, according to Salisbury police. The incident was reported Jan. 27.

A catalytic converter was removed from a vehicle while it was parked in the 1700 block of Chapel Avenue, according to Salisbury police. The incident was reported Jan. 27.

A catalytic converter was removed from a vehicle while it was parked in the 1200 block of Marlow Street, according to Salisbury police. The incident was reported Jan. 18.

Fraud

A resident of the 600 block of Scholl Avenue learned someone in Washington state opened a credit account in the resident’s name and charged $500 worth of items to it, according to Salisbury police. The incident was reported Jan. 17.

Theft

A resident of the 1100 block of South Cedar Crest Boulevard learned a large number of various currencies were removed from his residence, according to Salisbury police. The incident was reported Jan. 17.
