DUI

Vincent Michael Kutish, 31, of Allentown, was charged Jan. 1 with allegedly driving under the influence following a traffic stop in the area of South Albert Street and East Lexington Street, according to Salisbury police.

Possession of drug paraphernalia

A 57-year-old male, of Pottsville, was charged with alleged possession of drug paraphernalia Jan. 13 following an incident at Lehigh Valley Hospital, South Cedar Crest Boulevard, according to Salisbury police.

Theft from vehicle

A catalytic converter was removed from a work truck while it was parked in the 1600 block of 33rd Street SW, according to Salisbury police. The incident was reported Jan. 1.

A debit card, credit cards and a driver’s license were removed from a vehicle while it was parked in the 1700 block of Graham Street, according to Salisbury police. The credit card was later used for a $50 transaction. The incident was reported Jan. 5.

A man’s wallet and his wife’s clutch bag were removed from a vehicle while it was parked in the 1000 block of Oldstone Drive, according to Salisbury police. The incident was reported Jan. 6.

Someone pulled the front bumper off a Nissan Altima while it was parked in the parking lot of the Commix Hotel, 3245 W. Emaus Ave., according to Salisbury police. The incident was reported Jan. 10.

Warrant arrest

A 49-year-old person, of Bethlehem, was taken into custody Jan. 8 on a warrant from Salisbury Township, according to Salisbury police.

Truancy

A 13-year-old-female was charged Jan. 9 with alleged truancy following numerous unlawful absences from Salisbury Middle School, 3301 Devonshire Road, according to Salisbury police.

A 16-year-old female was charged Jan. 10 with alleged truancy following numerous unlawful absences from the Salisbury Township High School, 500 E. Montgomery St., according to Salisbury police.

Fraud

A resident of the 900 block of East Federal Street learned someone made a fraudulent withdrawal from his debit card account Jan. 7, according to Salisbury police. The incident was reported Jan. 9.
