Catasauqua police responded to these and other calls recently.

DEC. 16

A vehicle in the 500 block of Bethlehem Road was reported stolen.

At Second and Chestnut streets, a parking complaint was addressed.

DEC. 17

Music was turned down when officers responded to a noise complaint in the 700 block of Railroad Street.

Vehicles were ticketed due to parking violations in the 300 block of Church Street.

In the unit block of Second Street, a hit and run occurred.

DEC. 18

Anthony Cruz, 30, of Catasauqua, was arrested in the unit block of Railroad Street for simple assault, harassment, simple possession and drug paraphernalia during a domestic disturbance investigation.

Domestic disturbances took place at Whittier Place Apartments, 895 Walnut St., and in the 100 block of Bridge Street.

Police assisted North Catasauqua officers at Fourth and Arch streets, North Catasauqua, with an arrest and at Fourth and Cypress streets, North Catasauqua, with a motor vehicle accident.

A package was reported missing from the 100 block of South Front Street.

DEC. 19

Officers assisted North Catasauqua police in the 1100 block of Fifth Street and the 1300 block of Fourth Street.

Charges were filed against Erica Augello, 34, of Catasauqua, for harassment in the 100 block of South Front Street.

Officers responded to a welfare check on juveniles in the 5200 block of Pennsylvania Street, Whitehall.

A neighbor dispute occurred in the 700 block of Railroad Street.

In the 400 block of Bridge Street, officers addressed a parking complaint.

Criminal mischief reports - key marks on a rear door in the 200 block of Main Street and damage to a vehicle in the 100 block of Bridge Street - were investigated.

Vehicle stops took place at Fourth and Pine streets, with a verbal warning issued; at Chestnut and Front streets; and at North 14th and Bridge streets, with a verbal warning issued.

An animal complaint in the 500 block of East Wood Street was investigated.

DEC. 20

Animal complaints were addressed at Front and Race streets and at South 15th and Race streets.

Charges were filed against Antonio Berrios, 49, of Allentown, for indirect criminal contempt during a protection-from-abuse violation in the 900 block of Race Street.

Officers assisted a citizen with personal items recovery in the unit block of Railroad Street.

DEC. 21

Vehicle stops occurred at Race and North 14th streets, with the driver cited, and at North Dauphin and North Irving streets, Hanover Township, with a warning issued.

A Megan’s Law report was investigated in the 100 block of Railroad Street.

A disturbance over parking in the 200 block of Mulberry Street had police at the scene.

At Catasauqua Apartments, 118 Bridge St., a disturbance involving a mental health issue was investigated.

In the 200 block of Race Street, officers responded to a reportable motor vehicle accident.

DEC. 22

Music was turned down when officers responded to a noise complaint in the 100 block of South Front Street.

A 16-year-old male juvenile was cited for use of tobacco at Catasauqua High School, 2500 W. Bullshead Road, Northampton.

Police assisted Coplay officers in the unit block of South Third Street.

A reportable motor vehicle accident took place in the 400 block of East Wood Street.

No arrests were made during a verbal domestic argument in the 200 block of Church Street.

A hit and run occurred in the 400 block of Race Street.

DEC. 24

A vehicle stop took place at St. John and Church streets. A verbal warning was issued.

At Mulberry and Railroad streets, a parking complaint was addressed. The vehicle was parked in a borough lot without a permit; a ticket was issued.

DEC. 25

A protection-from-abuse violation took place in the 100 block of Front Street.

In the 400 block of Front Street, officers conducted a welfare check.

A reportable motor vehicle accident in the 700 block of Race Street was investigated.

No arrests were made during a domestic disturbance in the 600 block of Front Street.

An animal complaint at Howertown Road and Wood Street was addressed.
