The annual North Catasauqua Christmas tree lighting will be held 6 p.m. Nov. 27 at North Catasauqua William J. Albert Memorial Park, 701 Grove St.

The rain date is 6 p.m. Nov. 28.

Light refreshments will be served.

North Catasauqua Neighborhood Watch/Crime Prevention will meet 6 p.m. Nov. 28 at the borough building, 1066 Fourth St.

North Catasauqua Police Department is asking for the community’s help in donating Weis, Giant and Walmart gift cards in lieu of a food drive this year.

Gift cards will be donated to local food banks, so meals and necessary food can be purchased for families in the community.

Donations can be dropped off at the borough building.
