Union Lutheran Church, Schnecksville, will present Sacred Voices in concert 4 p.m. on Sept. 25.

Under the direction of Susan Frickert, the group will present the program, “Sighs Turned Into Song.”

Founded by Frickert 20 years ago, this group of ecumenical singers rehearses during the summer months to prepare for a September concert.

Participants are from Lehigh County and beyond.

Ten of the 48 singers are members of Union Lutheran.

The concert theme deals with the paradoxes of the past two years and the way faith gives hope and renewed strength.

Several of the selections will be accompanied by professional instrumentals, including string quartet, piano, guitar and percussion.

Tickets may be purchased through the church office or at the door before the concert.
