Pirate Week continues until Aug. 13 at Whitehall Township Public Library. Teens and adults can sign up to receive a captain’s log take-home craft.
Register to get supplies to make a journal with a pirate twist.

Did you participate in the library’s summer reading challenge? If so, join us for the finale parties - 11 a.m. Aug. 13 for kids and 1 p.m. Aug. 18 for adults.

The library is now a drop-off location for Plant a Row Lehigh Valley. This grassroots organization helps supply fresh fruits and vegetables to the hungry in the Lehigh Valley.
You may drop off donations in the marked cooler inside the library 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Mondays. Please separate items by type.
All donations are given to Whitehall Food Pantry.

A book sale is scheduled for 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Sept. 23 and 24.
There will be a bag sale noon-3 p.m. Sept. 24.
The library is currently accepting lightly used books and media for the sale.

Help the library by participating in Boscov’s Friends Helping Friends event. Donate $5 to the library, and you will receive a shopping pass to be used Oct. 19.
Passes may be obtained in the library.

The library is open 9 a.m.-8 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays and 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays.
