Dirty Roxx will perform 6 p.m. Aug. 13 at Egypt Veterans of Foreign Wars Post, 5209 Springmill Road. The concert is open to the public.

Admission is free for Egypt VFW members. Nonmembers pay a small donation toward a veteran in need.

Food and beverages will be available for purchase.

Freshen up your garden with new flowers while supporting Whitehall Lions Club’s Monthly Madness flower-of-the-month fundraiser.

Punch cards are available for purchase and will allow you to receive an item each month from Dan Schantz for an entire year. The cards have no expiration date.

Laurel Fire Company, 5114 Third St., Cementon, are planning a vendor and yard sale, scheduled 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Sept. 24.

Spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. There is a cost to rent a space. You must provide your own table and tent, if desired.
