Dog shooting

Salisbury police investigators continue their work on the shooting death of a dog last month.

The dog was in the yard of a residence along East Montgomery Street around 5 p.m. Dec. 23, 2021 when it was shot, according to a media release from Salisbury police at the time of the incident.

A light colored sport utility vehicle was seen in the area at the time of the shooting.

News reports noted home security surveillance cameras captured images of the vehicle on neighborhood streets at the time of the incident.

The neighborhood where the incident happened includes Salisbury Township High School, 500 E. Montgomery St.
