Aggravated Assault

Theresa L. Tindula, 52, of Allentown, was arrested Dec. 5, 2021, for alleged aggravated assault of a police officer, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, fleeing or attempting to elude police, driving under the influence, resisting arrest, driving without headlights, speeding and failure to use low beams after an incident at Emmaus Community Park, Shimerville Road, according to Emmaus police. Tindula was transported to the Lehigh County Booking Center.

Retail theft

Jason Roth-Witty, 49, of East Stroudsburg, was arrested Dec. 15, 2021, for retail theft after allegedly removing $415 worth of merchandise from Weis Markets, 1220 Chestnut St., over multiple visits, according to Emmaus police.

An unknown male entered CVS pharmacy, 702 Chestnut St. and allegedly removed items in four gift bags and exited the store without paying for the items, according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported Dec. 6, 2021.

Burglary

An unknown person broke a window and entered a home in the unit block of East Spruce street to remove $294 in currency, according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported Nov. 29, 2021.

Possession of marijuana

A 16-year-old male, of Macungie, was arrested Nov. 23, 2021, for alleged possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia at Emmaus High School, 500 Macungie Ave., according to Emmaus police.

Possession of alcohol

by a minor

A 17-year-old male, of Macungie, was arrested Dec. 13, 2021 for alleged possession of alcohol by a minor at Emmaus High School, 500 Macungie Ave., according to Emmaus police.

Theft from vehicle

Five catalytic converters valued at $11,000 were removed from vehicles parked in the 700 block of Broad Street, according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported Dec. 14, 2021.

A cargo rack, valued at $100, was removed from a Dodge Durango SUV while it was parked in the 400 block of Beechwood Street, according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported Nov. 27, 2021.

A rear vehicle window was smashed and a purse and wallet, valued at $65, were removed from a Hyundai Santa Fe SUV while it was parked at Boroline Park, 341 Alpine St., according to Emmaus Police. The incident was reported Nov. 28, 2021.

Two electric saws, valued at $100, were removed from a Dodge Ram pickup truck while the vehicle was parked in the 600 block of Glenwood Street, according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported Dec. 2, 2021.

Items and cash with a total value of $963 were removed from four vehicles parked in the 100 block of Fox Street, according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported Dec. 12, 2021.

A vehicle was entered and $100 cash was removed while the vehicle was in the 100 block of Dell Street, according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported Dec. 14, 2021.

Disorder conduct

A 15-year-old male, of Alburtis, was arrested Dec. 16, 2021, for alleged disorderly conduct following an incident at Emmaus High School, 500 Macungie Ave., according to Emmaus police.

Theft

A package, valued at $125, was removed from the front door of a residence in the 1000 block of Cold Stream Circle after being delivered by the United States Postal Service, according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported Dec. 14, 2021.

A package, valued at $77, was removed from a mailbox in the 200 block of Powder Mill Lane, according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported Dec. 8, 2021.

Criminal Mischief

A concrete block was used in an attempt to break a lock on a storage shed at Boroline Park, 341 Alpine St., according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported Dec. 2, 2021.

A 35-year-old person, of Allentown, was arrested Dec. 8, 2021, for an alleged protection from abuse violation, according to Emmaus police.

Found Items

A Razor Freestyle bicycle was found Nov. 29, 2021, at 10th and Chestnut streets, according to Emmaus police. The bicycle is held at Emmaus Police Department headquarters, 400 W. Jubilee St.
