Those who ordered Christmas cookies from Heidelberg Church’s cookie fundraiser are kindly reminded to pickup the cookies 4-6 p.m. Dec. 10 in fellowship hall.

Heidelberg Church’s Women of Faith group will meet at 1 p.m. Dec. 20 in fellowship hall.

Ladies of all ages are welcome to participate in the Christmas cookie exchange.

In addition to a friend or two, bring along some cookies to share.

Merry and meaningful!

Heidelberg Union Church members will pack Christmas baskets 5:30 p.m. Dec. 21 for the less fortunate in the area.

Donations of nonperishable food items for the Christmas baskets are needed and will be accepted until Dec. 18.

Boxes are in Heidelberg Church’s narthex and hallway for donated items.

Bundle up! According to Heidelberg Church Soup Kitchen Coordinator Linda Hausamann

, winter clothing, coats, shoes, boots, hats and gloves, etc., are being collected for those in need at the soup kitchen.

Boxes are in the church narthex for donated items.

One stop holiday shop!

The Germansville Fire Company, 6011 Memorial Road, Germansville, is having a huge two-day Christmas shopping event 11 a.m.-4 p.m. Dec. 12 and 19. The public is invited.

There will be more than 20 local crafters each day in addition to direct sales companies.

Tables will be set up in the upstairs banquet hall. An elevator is in the lower level of the fire hall if needed.

Pictures with Santa will be available both days from 2-3 p.m. RSVP for photos or for mini photo sessions.
