DUI

A 27-year-old male, of Allentown, was charged with allegedly driving under the influence, possession of marijuana and several traffic offenses following a traffic stop in the 900 block of Flexer Avenue Oct. 19, according to Salisbury police. He was transported to the Lehigh County Central Booking Center.

Possession

A 35-year-old female, of West Hazleton, was charged with alleged possession of a controlled substance following an incident at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Cedar Crest campus, Oct. 14, according to Salisbury police.

Warrant arrest

A 20-year-old male, of Allentown, was taken into police custody after a warrant was served in the 700 block of East Tioga Street Oct. 10, according to Salisbury police. The male was wanted on an arrest warrant from the West Pittston Police Department. The male was transported to Lehigh County Central Booking Center.

Retail theft

A 12-year-old male was charged with alleged retail theft at Emmaus Avenue Market, 1017 E. Emmaus Ave., Oct. 13, according to Salisbury police. The juvenile allegedly removed a vape cartridge, valued at $19.99, without paying for it.

Fraudulent purchases

Fraudulent purchases were made on a lost debit card, according to Salisbury police. The incident was reported Oct. 11 in the 3300 block of Lehigh Street and remains under investigation.

Weapon on school property

An 11-year-old male was charged with allegedly carrying a deadly weapon on school property following an incident at the Arts Academy Charter Middle School, 1610 E. Emmaus Ave., Oct. 14, according to Salisbury police.

Tobacco in school

A 15-year-old male was charged with allegedly violating prohibition of tobacco in schools following an incident in Salisbury Township High School, 500 E. Montgomery St., Oct. 19, according to Salisbury Police.

Theft

A resident of East Rock Road said a package was reported as delivered to her residence; however, when she returned home the package was not there, according to Salisbury police. The incident was reported Oct. 13 and remains under investigation.
