Strangulation

Dylan Michael Malarchik, 21, of Schnecksville, was arrested Oct. 23 for alleged strangulation, simple assault and harassment in the 400 block of Railroad Street, according to Emmaus police. Malarchik was transported to Lehigh County Booking Center.

Simple assault

Cotey Matthew Perry, 23, of Alburtis, was arrested Nov. 2 for alleged simple assault and harassment following a disturbance Oct. 22 in the 500 block of Broad Street, according to Emmaus Police.

A 15-year-old female, of Allentown, was arrested Oct. 29 for alleged simple assault and harassment following an incident at Emmaus High School, 500 Macungie Ave., according to Emmaus police.

Retail theft

Vincent Maurice Richards, 56, of Allentown was arrested Oct. 8 on four counts of retail theft involving incidents March 9, Sept. 1, 16 and 24 when he allegedly removed items from CVS Pharmacy, 702 Chestnut St., without paying for the items, according to Emmaus police.

A male allegedly removed three cases of alcohol, valued at $46, from Wawa convenience store, 201 S. Cedar Crest Blvd., according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported Oct. 26.

A male allegedly removed cigarettes, valued at $82.69, from Turkey Hill Minit Market, 602 Chestnut St., according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported Oct. 30.

Stolen vehicle

A blue Ford Fusion, valued at $3,000, was removed from the 600 block of Evergreen Street, according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported Oct. 24.

Harassment

A 67-year-old male, of Staten Island, N.Y., was arrested Oct. 14 for alleged harassment following an incident in the 900 block of Broad Street, according to Emmaus police.

An 18-year-old male, of Allentown, was arrested Oct. 19 for alleged harassment after an incident at Emmaus High School, 500 Macungie Ave., according to Emmaus police.

Scattering rubbish

A 39-year-old person, of Emmaus, was arrested for scattering rubbish after allegedly depositing rubbish onto the property of another person Oct. 7, according to Emmaus police.

Criminal mischief

A tire on a Volvo XC60 sport utility vehicle was slashed in the unit block of South Third Street, according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported Oct. 23 and damage was estimated at $150.

An object was thrown through the rear window of a Mazada while it was in the 300 block of South Second Street, according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported Oct. 31.
