JULY 23

A traffic violation occurred on Second Street.

On Pine Street, a report of a suspicious person was investigated.

In the 200 block of Race Street, a scooter was stolen.

A noise complaint in the 300 block of Pennsylvania Avenue was investigated.

Officers responded to reports of fraud at Catasauqua Apartments, 118 Bridge St., and unemployment fraud in the 900 block of Bridge Court.

Police assisted a citizen in the 600 block of Second Street.

Parking complaints in the 200 block of Wood Street and at Limestone and Mulberry streets were investigated.

Officers conducted a welfare check on Stonewood Place.

An animal complaint in the 400 block of Crane Street had police investigating.

JULY 24

A mental health call in the 400 block of Bridge Street occurred.

In the 200 block of Peach Street, a disagreement over care of a child took place.

JULY 25

A dispute with a caretaker on Covington Place was reported.

An alarm sounded in the 300 block of Second Street.

JULY 26

A suspicious vehicle and disorderly conduct in the 300 block of School Street was reported. A 19-year-old female, of Catasauqua, was arrested for resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.

Officers assisted Allentown police on Stonewood Place.

Reckless drivers on Bridge Street and Front Street were reported.

Harassment by communication in the 700 block of Crane Street was investigated.

An unemployment fraud case in the 400 block of Crane Street had police at the scene.

Traffic stops were conducted on Front and Walnut streets.

Officers assisted a citizen in the 300 block of Walnut Street.

JULY 27

Police assisted Allentown officers on Airport Road.

Threats in the 700 block of Poplar Street were investigated.

A harassment case in the 900 block of Bridge Court had police at the scene.

A window was damaged in the 500 block of Church Street.

At 301 Mulberry St., a noise complaint was investigated.

JULY 28

A noise complaint at 301 Mulberry St. was reported.

A traffic warning on Walnut Street was conducted.

Officers conducted a welfare check at Catasauqua Towers, 534 Third St.

An unemployment fraud case in the 400 block of Bridge Street was reported.

Police investigated a disturbance in the 200 block of Peach Street.

In the 200 block of Second Street, a hit and run took place.

A credit/debt card fraud in the 400 block of Crane Street was filed with the department.

JULY 29

An emergency protection-from-abuse service was provided in the 200 block of Poplar Street.

An alarm sounded in the 900 block of Willowbrook Road.

A neighbor issue took place on North 12th Street.

On Covington Place, an animal complaint was investigated.

In the 500 block of Walnut Street, a bicycle was stolen.

On Main Street, officers assisted North Catasauqua police.

At Main and Second streets, Northampton, a K-9 assist was conducted.

JULY 30

An unemployment fraud report in the 600 block of Howertown Road was investigated.

Officers responded to civil issues in the 600 block of Second Street and the 200 block of Second Street.

Animal complaints at the same residence in the 300 block of High Street were addressed. The case was referred to an animal control officer.

A parking complaint on Front Street was investigated.

David Duch, 46, of Catasauqua, was arrested in the 600 block of Third Street for aggravated assault, simple assault, disorderly conduct and harassment.

JULY 31

An investigation is continuing for a harassment report in the 100 block of Front Street.

An abandoned vehicle in the 800 block of Bath Avenue was filed with the department.

Animal complaints were investigated in the 500 block of Front Street and the 200 block of High Street, with the latter case referred to an animal control officer.

Police responded to a juvenile complaint in the 500 block of St. John Street.

Officers assisted a citizen in the 300 block of Walnut Street.

During a vehicle stop on South 14th Street, a written traffic warning was issued.

Criminal mischief in the 500 block of St. John Street was reported.

In the 400 block of Faith Drive, officers investigated a noise complaint.

AUG. 1

A noise complaint in the 600 block of Limestone Street was investigated.

Officers assisted Northampton police in the 400 block of East Fifth Street.

In the 200 block of Poplar Street, a harassment case was addressed.

An overdose in the 200 block of Edward Lane was reported.

On Willow and Front streets, parking complaints were addressed.

Police assisted a citizen in the 500 block of Front Street.

Elisha Spencer, 34, of Catasauqua, was arrested for simple assault and harassment in the 700 block of Second Street.

A dirt bike was reported stolen in the 200 block of Peach Street.
