Janira M. Roldan, 33, of Pottsville, allegedly was found to be driving under the influence after troopers stopped to check on a vehicle parked and blocking a lane of travel at the intersection of South 24th Street and Lehigh Parkway North, Salisbury Township, 1:14 a.m. May 30, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
