Accident

A 22-year-old motorist, of Whitehall, was hurt when the vehicle she was driving struck a concrete barrier on a ramp along Interstate 78, Salisbury Township, 12:46 a.m. June 11, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The motorist overcompensated on a right curve from the on-ramp from Cedar Crest Boulevard to Interstate 78 westbound near mile marker 55.8 resulting in the crash. The driver was transported to Lehigh Valley Hospital, Cedar Crest. Crews from Cetronia EMS and Western Salisbury Volunteer Fire Company also responded.
