Incumbents unchallenged in four Northwestern townships

Incumbent supervisor candidates in the four Northwestern Lehigh townships - Heidelberg, Lowhill, Lynn and Weisenberg - are unchallenged for their seats on their respective boards in the May 18 Municipal Primary.

Heidelberg Township Supervisor David Fink, a Republican, will see his name on the ballot in the Nov. 2 Municipal Election for another six-year term.

There are no names on the ballot for the four-year term as tax collector, as Phyllis Breininger decided not to seek re-election.

In addition, no one is seeking the six-year term as auditor or the six-year term as constable.

In Lowhill Township, incumbent Supervisor Robb Werley, a Republican, is seeking another six-term on the board.

Tax Collector Carol A. Betz, a Republican, is on the ballot for another four-year term in office.

There are no names on the ballot for the six-year term as auditor.

Constable Barry C Betz, a Republican, is unchallenged on the ballot for another six-year term wearing the badge of office.

Brian C. Dietrich, a Republican, is unchallenged for another six-year term as supervisor in Lynn Township.

Tax Collector Mary Ann Metzger, a Republican, is also unchallenged for another four-year term in office.

There are no names on the ballot for the six-year term as auditor.

James E Tews, a Republican, is seeking a six-year term as constable. Judith A. Ritter, a Republican, is seeking a four-year term as judge of elections in the Lynnville District and Bernadette Sukley is running for a four-year term as judge of elections in the Jacksonville District.

Sterling M. Ritter, a Republican, is seeking a four-year term as inspector of elections in the Lynnville District.

Incumbent Supervisor Anthony C. Werley, a Republican, is running for another six-year term on the Weisenberg Township board.

Tax Collector Jeffrey M. Strauss, a Republican, is seeking another four-year term.

There are no names on the ballot for a six-year term as auditor.

Robert L. Yeager, a Republican, is running for another six-year term as constable.
