Special to The Press

Cub Scout Pack 588, led by Cubmaster Steve Solderidge met March 23 at Ebenezer United Church of Christ, New Tripoli, for a spring cleanup of the grounds for Holy Week.

The Scouts do this every year to show appreciation to the church for hosting the Scout meetings 6 p.m. every Tuesday.

Scouts from kindergarten to fifth grade raked leaves, picked up sticks and debris, cleaned flower beds and then bagged the debris for the trash.
