Thomas G. Kush Sr., 76, of Allentown, died March 24, 2021. He was the husband of Brenda (Miller) Kush for 49 years.

Born in Allentown, he was the son of the late Joseph Sr. and Elizabeth A. (Mesaros) Kush.

He was a SP4 in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War.

He was a diesel mechanic at Coplay Cement Company and then at Essroc, Nazareth, for 45 years before he retired in 2012.

He was a member of St. Joseph the Worker Church, Orefield.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by a son, Thomas G. Jr.; two daughters, Kim K. and her husband Robert Fritz and Wendy K. and her husband Keith D. Breininger; two grandsons, Nathan Breininger with Ashley Everett and Noah Breininger; a granddaughter, Hannah Fritz; and two great-granddaughters, Paige and Harper Breininger.

He was predeceased by a brother, Joseph J. Kush Jr.
