Lehigh Township Police Department will be hosting two upcoming events.

The first is a National Prescription Take Back Day event 10 a.m.-2 p.m. April 24 at Lehigh Township Volunteer Fire Company, 4188 Lehigh Drive, Cherryville.

All prescription and over-the-counter medications will be accepted. Liquids must be in a sealed container and in a plastic bag. No syringes or needles will be accepted.

The second event is a free car seat check scheduled 1:30-3:30 p.m. May 25 in the fire company parking lot.

Hope Lutheran Church, 4131 Lehigh Drive, Cherryville, continues services 9 a.m. Sundays in the parking lot and 7:30 p.m. Saturdays at Becky’s Drive-in, 4548 Lehigh Drive, Berlinsville.
