LOWHILL TOWNSHIP LV Zoo to celebrate Easter

Lehigh Valley Zoo, 5150 Game Preserve Road, Schnecksville, will be celebrating Easter March 28 through April 4.

Throughout the week, they will have an assortment of themed crafts and activities for guests.

Keep an eye out and see if you can complete the zoo’s Wooden Egg Cutout Safari.

Marc DeBoeser will play acoustic music on the dining deck 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. April 3 and 4.

The zoo will celebrate National Zoo Lovers Day, April 8, all week long, April 8-15, with an assortment of themed crafts, scavenger hunt and activities for guests.

Christ’s Church at Lowhill, 4695 Lowhill Church Road, New Tripoli, will have an Easter Egg Hunt in the grove at 11 a.m. March 27. Rain date is noon March 28.

Children of all ages are welcome to attend.

Prizes will be awarded, and the Easter Bunny will be available for pictures.

Masks must be worn except for children under age 2.

Elements are packaged for safety.

An in-person Easter dawn service will be offered 6:30 a.m., weather permitting, at the cemetery.
