The deadline to audition for the Emmaus High School talent show is Jan. 31

The Emmaus High School store, The Hornet’s Nest, will conduct “SWEETheart special” week now through the month of February. All candy in the store will be half off. Students can go and make purchases during lunch periods and study halls using the eHall pass. The Hornet’s Nest will be open during all blocks of the school day every day.

The 2021 Virtual Mental Health Symposium will go live starting Feb. 15-28. Viewers will be able to watch prerecorded discussions asynchronously Feb. 15-22. From Feb. 22-25, participants will have the chance to join in on live panel conversations via Zoom by signing up on the website. The EHS Art Club will host several colleges to discuss their art programs/degrees. Students looking to take part in this should sign up via Naviance. Also, students do not have to be an art club member to participate. The schools involved include The Savannah College of Art and Design which is scheduled 2:30 p.m. Feb. 9.

Students enrolled in classes with Keystone exams will take the test in February for first semester classes and in the spring for second semester courses. Second semester testing information will be sent out in April.

With EHS’s return to hybrid/in person learning, students who wish to switch to remote should contact the building to make such a change.

The deadline to audition for the GSA virtual school talent show is now 11:59 p.m. Jan. 31. The audition form can be found on the EHS school website.

The EHS gratitude club will hold its meetings 1:30 p.m. each Wednesday. The club was created to spread positivity within the community and to grant members with chances to exemplify leadership qualities and take part in community service.
