Lehigh Valley Zoo and Christmas Décor will host the seventh-annual Winter Light Spectacular presented by Service Electric TV and Communications, for 35 dates this season Nov. 13 through Jan 2, 2021.

The Winter Light Spectacular is the Zoo’s largest annual fundraiser.

In addition to 1.2 million lights, more than any other Pennsylvania attraction, Winter Light Spectacular features a pair of reindeer, classic holiday scenes, family photo opportunities, multiple fire pits, hot chocolate and so many other holiday delights.

There will also be live performances every night featuring princesses Anna and Elsa, Belle and Cinderella.

Revenue from the event supports animal conservation projects and programs at the Zoo.

New for 2020 is a timed-ticketing system set for two-hour visits. This part of the Zoo’s new safety protocol to comply with state-mandated capacity restrictions.

This component will also benefit the guest experience by greatly improving traffic flow into the Zoo, as well as enhancing parking availability.

Masks are required at all times while inside the Zoo unless at designated food and beverage areas.

The event will kickoff with T-Mobile Opening Weekend, when all regular adult tickets for Nov. 13-15 will be $3 off when purchased in advance with the discount code T-MOBILE.

Hours of operations for Winter Light Spectacular are 6-10 p.m. Wednesdays as well as Nov. 25, and Dec. 23 and Thursdays, and 5-10 p.m. on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

There will also be two bonus dates the week of Christmas scheduled for 5-10 p.m. Dec. 21 and 22.

The event will break on all other Mondays and Tuesdays, as well as on Thanksgiving (Nov. 26), Christmas Eve (Dec. 24), Christmas Day (Dec. 25) and New Year’s Eve (Dec. 31).

There is a per person ticket fee for adults, children ages 2-11 and LV Zoo Members, before online processing fees.

Young children ages 0-1 are free and there is no fee for parking.

A special rate for group outings of 20-plus people is available for advanced purchase per ticket with two additional complimentary tickets per every 20 tickets purchased.

In addition, a corporate rate is available for the advanced purchase of 100 plus anytime tickets.
