Emmaus holds 14th annual Halloween 5K race

The 14th Annual Halloween in Emmaus 5K Race was held Oct. 17 as an in- person race, but with some notable changes and numerous safety provisions in effect. This year’s race included a chip timed event run within a three to four hour window of time to avoid packs of runners, gathering of groups or crowds and easily maintain the needed 6-foot distance between runners at all times. Costumes were encouraged and cash prizes were awarded to top runners and costume contest winners. Additional photos appear on Page A2.
