The dog, who had run away earlier in the day, went into the pipe when a concerned neighbor was trying to catch her. Bilder had to crawl about 20 feet into the pipe to get to Nikita. After being rescued from the pipe, Nikita spent the night at Peaceable Kingdom before being reunited with her family in the morning.
