A 19-year-old driver and her 25-year-old passenger, both of Beechwood, N.J., escaped injury when the vehicle they were in hydroplaned into a concrete barrier along Interstate 78, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The vehicle was westbound during a heavy rain 7:25 p.m. July 10 when it went off the right shoulder. Sacks Towing and Automotive also responded.
