Cozze appointed to PA Election Law Advisory Board

Governor Tom Wolf recently nominated Northampton County Registrar of Elections Amy Cozze to represent the 7th Congressional District to the Pennsylvania Election Law Advisory Board. The appointment is pending confirmation by the Pennsylvania State Senate.

The purpose of the board is to collaborate with agencies and political subdivisions to study election-related issues and identify best practices to ensure voting integrity.

Tau Gamma inducts locals

Northampton Community College inducted several local residents into the Tau Gamma Chapter and Beta Beta Chi Chapter of Phi Theta Kappa, the international honor society of two-year colleges.

To qualify for membership, inductees must have a 3.5 or higher grade point average and be enrolled in an associate degree program.
