Ruth V. Barry, 92, died Oct. 20, 2019, at HCR ManorCare, Bethlehem. She was the wife of the late Allen W. Barry.

Born in Millersburg, she was a daughter of the late Lester J. and Helen M. (Geistwite) Paul.

She worked for many years as a presser for the former Durell Garment Company as well as a variety of other businesses in the Lehigh Valley.

She was a longtime member of Salem United Church of Christ, Catasauqua.

She is survived by a daughter, Gladys Bergsman; a brother, Henry Paul; two grandchildren, Dean Barry and Edward F. Bergsman Jr. and his wife Amy; and two great-grandchildren, Zachary and Elizabeth.

She was predeceased by a son, Gary A.; and a granddaughter, Kim Bergsman.
