Norman D. Stauffer Jr., 72, of Walnutport, died Oct. 21, 2019, at home. He was the husband of Anne Marie T. (Schlitzer) Stauffer for 51 years.
Born in Allentown, he was the son of the late Norman D. Sr. and Alverta M. (Ziegler) Stauffer.
He served in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War era.
He owned and operated the former Blue Ridge Spring Water, Walnutport, for 40 years, retiring in 2011.
He was a member of the Palmerton congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses, Slatington, where he formerly served as an Elder.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by six children, Christine M. Morell with Steven of Palmerton, Connie L. of Walnutport, Mark A. of Slatington, Jennifer N. Lashefsky with Joseph of Danielsville, Vicki M. Klein with Edward of Northampton and Jeffrey D. with Marisol of Raleigh, N.C.; five siblings, Daniel with Rose of Phoenixville, Laura Loch with Martin of New Smithville, Patricia Harris with Ben of Seattle, Wash., Rosemary Kostenbader with Fred of New Tripoli and Anita Johns with James of Kutztown; and five grandchildren.
