Police arrested Ann Henry, 52, of Fifth Avenue, for numerous alleged instances of child abuse Jan. 3.

According to police, a grand jury investigation revealed Henry injured her three infant children a number of times since 2016, resulting in a fractured arm and ribs, head trauma, and signs of possible choking.

Henry is charged with child endangerment and 12 counts of aggravated assault.
